We place great emphasis on the quality of our products, and children’s safety is our highest priority.
We have become aware that some of our baby products may have problems with the stitching, where the cardboard corner is attached.
This is not immediately visible on the product, but the problem can arise when the cardboard corner is removed from the product.
In the attached personalized letter you will find precise information about which product numbers and batch numbers you have purchased that may be affected by the problem.
Please note that the article number and the batch number are found on the cardboard label attached to the product, and that the batch number is also found on the laundry tag attached to the product.
We ask you to remove the affected products from your store and warehouse and either destroy them or return them to your contact person at Petjes World.
In addition, please publish the attached letter and list of items sold in your store, so that customers who have purchased the item in question can return it and get their money back.
Your product sold in an online shop, please contact the customers who bought the product, so that they can return these and get the money back.
When you have informed us of which products and the number of items you have checked out, you will of course receive a credit note.
Finally, we must note that the products are sold from June 25, 2024 until November 7, 2025.
